Anoj Menon is a Senior Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office.

Anoj’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and general corporate law, rendering strategic advice in boardroom battles & regulatory compliances. As a part of his litigation and dispute resolution practice he represents listed companies, banks and MNCs in the Supreme Court various High Courts and tribunals. As a part of his investigations and white-collar crimes practice, he investigates whistle blower complaints of diverse nature, from sexual harassment and bribery to stealth of confidential proprietary information by employees.  

His clients include large domestic companies, multinational corporations, foreign and Indian banks, private equity firms and others.
