Apurva Diwanji is a Senior Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office.

Apurva’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, restructuring as well as formulation of exit strategies, commercial contracts and general corporate law. He has advised on some of the largest cross border transactions and corporate litigations in India.

His clients include large domestic companies, multinational corporations, private equity firms, infrastructure funds, domestic and international banks and financial institutions.
