Farida specialises in corporate M&A, private equity, joint ventures and structured finance.  She has a broad range of experience in acquisitions, exits and formation of joint ventures. Her practice spreads across various sectors including energy, logistics, hospitality, shipping, real estate, pharmaceuticals and oil & gas. She has assisted clients with tenders floated by public sector undertakings in India for various projects and resolution of disputes pertaining to the same.  She also regularly advises business families with objectives ranging from succession planning, asset protection, charity and family settlement. She specialises in drafting complex commercial and technical contracts.

Her clients include large domestic companies, foreign companies, private equity funds, start-ups and HNIs.
