Rumma Panchmatia is an Associate Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office.  

Rumma’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, commercial contracts, banking, finance and structured debt, as well as general legal advisory.
