Ruzbeh Mistry is a Senior Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office.  

Ruzbeh’s practice focuses on real estate & construction, litigation as well trusts estates.

He advises on complex real estate structures of a transaction commencing from diligence to documentation. He has advised HNI’s and corporates on divestment of their real estate portfolios.

Ruzbeh has represented the Firm’s clients in commercial disputes before various courts and arbitral forums.

His practise also encompasses succession planning, including of personal laws, actively participating with clients in structuring wills, testamentary / private trusts as well as other salient aspects of testamentary and intestate succession.

He works closely with his clients, who value his responsiveness, experience and problem-solving abilities.
