Shireen Langrana is an Associate Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai   office.  

Shireen’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, venture capital (growth and early stage), commercial contracts, general corporate law and structured debt. Her corporate practice, spanning across sectors, includes experience in manufacturing, retail, NBFCs, fintech and the like. In addition, as part of her structured debt related practice, she regularly advises borrowers as well as lenders.

Her clients include large domestic companies, multinational corporations, domestic conglomerates, private equity firms, venture capital funds, start-ups, mutual funds and non-banking finance companies.
