Shishir Diwanji is a Senior Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office.

Shishir’s practice focuses on real estate, corporate law, trusts. He has represented listed companies, banks, MNCs, family offices and Trusts in the Supreme Court and various High Courts and tribunals. He has represented large public trusts in relation to matters of policy and operations. Over the length of his career, Shishir has advised some of the largest industrial families and their companies in large and complex transactions across a variety of sectors.
