Toral has a broad practice, specialising in M&A, private equity investments, banking and finance, as well as infrastructure, energy and natural resources. As a part of the M&A and PE practice groups of the firm, Toral has led a significant number of high-profile M&A and PE transactions involving intricate and varied structures and sectors, including cross border acquisitions, business purchases, off market trades, leveraged buyouts and distress sales. In her role as a member of the Banking & Finance group, Toral has extensively handled acquisitions, asset financings (including aircraft lease financings), debt restructurings, listed and unlisted debt security issuances, ECBs and leveraged financings as well as advised on a diverse range of complex and innovative regulatory structures. Toral’s infrastructure practice largely extends across conventional power, oil & gas, mining, pipelines and waste management. In addition to her key focus areas, Toral also has considerable experience in representing clients in the corporate commercial, regulatory and compliance, capital markets and real estate practice groups of the firm.

Toral’s clients include a variety of domestic and multinational corporations operating across industry sectors, multilateral credit agencies, foreign and domestic banks (including lender syndicates), NBFCs and other financial institutions/ intermediaries, private equity funds and infrastructure funds, sponsors and project financiers.
