Her areas of expertise include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts like, common rupee loan agreements, debenture trust deeds, debenture trustee agreements, external commercial borrowing (ECB) facility agreements, working capital agreements, master restructuring agreements, concession agreements, power purchase agreements etc.

She has advised promoters and lenders on various non-convertible debenture (NCD) issuances, project financing transactions, security structures, escrow/ TRA mechanisms, drafting title reports of the project land and conducting legal due diligence of project documents and approvals.

She has advised Indian & foreign lenders and promoters on corporate/finance/securities matters of law.
