Paralegals

Our paralegal programme offers Mumbai-based law students the opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience of working as lawyer over a period of 1 to 2 years while they study for their law degree.

Desai & Diwanji’s paralegal programme provides Mumbai-based students a chance to work at the Firm for a longer term by coming in to work at the office after their daily classes are completed. We apply a cross-disciplinary approach to our paralegals by permitting them to gain experience in different areas of law so that they may develop well-rounded lawyering skills with a thorough understanding of both legal principles as well as client requirements.

Interns

Our internship programme is designed to offer exceptional law students a taste of what it means to work on complex legal issues in the real world. Desai & Diwanji offers talented and motivated law-school students the opportunity to work with experienced lawyers at one of the country’s leading law firms.

Over a period of 4 to 6 weeks, our interns are exposed to complex and challenging legal matters in the practice area of their choice. The objective of the programme is to simulate as nearly as possible the experience of a first-year associate at the Firm.
