Akshay specialises in cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions across industry sectors. He has also successfully represented clients in different various joint-ventures, acquisitions, divestments, business transfers, financial and strategic investments and exits; corporate and business restructuring including in dispute settlement scenarios, general corporate advisory and the like.
