Nitya Chadha is an Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Gurugram office.

Nitya’s practice focuses on corporate governance, infrastructure and project development, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, compliance related matters and general corporate law. She has advised and worked on varied transactional aspects including due diligences and finalisation of definitive agreement in relation to M&A transactions and business transfers, evaluation of bid and tender documents, concession agreements, corporate insolvency resolution plans and ancillary documents. Her clients include large domestic companies, multinational corporations, infrastructure funds, start-ups and early stage emerging companies. She works closely with her clients and assists senior management and cross-functional teams of various corporations, who value her responsiveness, experience, and strategic legal support.
