Pooja Sable is a Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office.

Pooja’s practice focuses on cross border and domestic corporate transactional work. She has over 12 years of experience assisting clients with general corporate work. Her work largely includes assisting clients with private equity transactions including control deals, fundraising rounds and exits, as well as mergers and acquisitions including 100% acquisitions, business transfers and corporate restructuring. Her sectoral experience spans pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, financial services, infrastructure, information technology, manufacturing, retail, chemicals and allied industries.

She also regularly advises on a broad range of routine and complex corporate law advisory matters and assists clients with commercial contracts, including service agreements, contract manufacturing arrangements, distribution and supply agreements, joint ventures, and other operational contracts.

Pooja brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to every matter. She works closely with her clients, who value her responsiveness, attention to detail, depth of expertise and consistent commitment to their matters.
